How It Works

How the Bounce Back works.

Alcohol can leave you feeling rough through a few overlapping pathways. Bounce Back is built to support several of them at once.

What's happeningWhat Bounce Back supports
Dehydrates you by suppressing antidiuretic hormone, which increases urination
Fluids and electrolytes help restore volume and hydration
Drains B-vitamin reserves, especially thiamine and B-Complex pathways
B-Complex replenishes key cofactors used in energy metabolism
Creates acetaldehyde, a harsh byproduct of alcohol metabolism
Glutathione supports antioxidant pathways involved in detoxification
Triggers inflammatory headache symptoms
Toradol helps address discomfort when clinically appropriate
Causes nausea
Zofran helps control nausea so the session is more comfortable

The goal: Rehydrate, replenish, calm nausea, and support your bodyโ€™s recovery pathways in one nurse-guided session.

Educational context only. IV therapy supports general wellness and is not a substitute for medical evaluation or care.

How These Work Together

More than a list of ingredients.

Comfort opens the door

Zofran supports nausea comfort first, making it easier to rest while the fluids, electrolytes, and nutrients do their work.

Hydration plus antioxidant support

Electrolytes restore the fluid picture, while Glutathione and B-Complex support the metabolic cleanup work that follows a hard night.

What's Inside and Why

Every ingredient. Every reason it's here.

We don't put things in the formula without a reason. Here's what each ingredient does in your body.

Zofran (Ondansetron)
Prescription-grade nausea control
A prescription medicine that calms nausea, the same one hospitals use. It settles your stomach so the rest of the drip can do its job.
Toradol (Ketorolac)
Anti-inflammatory pain relief
A strong anti-inflammatory that eases headache and aches. By IV it skips the stomach upset that pills can cause when you already feel sick.
Glutathione
Accelerates toxin clearance
When your body breaks down alcohol it makes a harsh byproduct that leaves you feeling rough. Glutathione helps your liver clear it out.
B-Complex
Replenishes alcohol-depleted B vitamins
Alcohol burns through your B vitamins, which leaves you drained. B-Complex puts them back fast, even when your stomach is too upset for pills.
Magnesium
Muscle and nervous-system support
Magnesium helps muscles relax and calms nerves. Since alcohol and dehydration can ramp up tension and headaches, it rounds out the comfort.
Electrolytes
Restores what dehydration takes out
Alcohol flushes out salts your body needs, which adds to the fog and fatigue. The fluids and electrolytes put back what plain water can't.

Common Questions

Bounce Back. Answered.

How quickly does the Bounce Back work?
Most clients notice nausea improvement within 15 to 20 minutes of starting, as the Zofran takes effect. Headache relief follows as the Toradol and fluid restoration progress. The full session runs 45 to 60 minutes; most clients feel substantially better by the end. Some report full recovery; others still prefer to rest afterward, which is expected.
Is it safe to get an IV drip after drinking alcohol?
Yes. The Bounce Back is specifically designed for this context. Your nurse reviews your intake including what you drank, when, any medications you've taken, and any medical history relevant to the medications included (Toradol and Zofran). If your situation raises any concerns, your nurse will address them before starting.
What makes this different from just drinking lots of water?
IV fluids restore volume immediately without requiring gut absorption. But the bigger difference with the Bounce Back is the medications: Zofran addresses nausea pharmacologically, not just with hydration; Toradol addresses the inflammatory headache component; Glutathione directly supports toxin clearance. Water does not address any of those.
