Signature Vitality is an expert IV therapy and wellness studio located at 69 N. Wren Drive, Suite 2A, Pittsburgh, PA 15243. We operate the website at signaturevitality.net and related internal tools used to manage bookings, clients, inventory, marketing, and business operations.

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

• Booking information, such as selected service, appointment date, appointment status, staff assignment, and location option.
• Client-provided intake or wellness information used to help our clinical team determine whether services are appropriate.
• Operational information, such as inventory usage, service recipes, checkout facts, invoice status, payment notes, and business analytics.
• Payment-related information, such as invoice identifiers, payment status, processor transaction references, saved payment token metadata, card brand, and card last four digits. We do not intentionally store full payment card numbers in SignatureOS.
• Website usage information, such as referral source, pages visited, device/browser data, and form interactions.
• Third-party integration information needed to operate connected services, such as read-only QuickBooks company metadata and accounting summaries when authorized.

• To schedule, confirm, and manage appointments.

4. Health and Clinical Information

Health-related information is used only to support service eligibility, clinic safety, and client care. SignatureOS is primarily an operational back-office system. It is not intended to replace the clinic's designated clinical charting system unless Signature Vitality separately adopts a compliant clinical charting workflow.

5. Human Review and Clinical Decisions

We may use software, checklists, or assistant tools to support staff workflows, but service eligibility and clinical decisions should be reviewed by authorized staff or licensed providers. We do not intend to make treatment eligibility decisions solely by automated processing.

6. QuickBooks and Accounting Integrations

If Signature Vitality connects QuickBooks, the integration is used for business accounting review, such as company information, reports, deposits, expenses, and reconciliation. SignatureOS requests read-only accounting access unless a future workflow is clearly approved by the business owner. Access and refresh tokens are encrypted before storage. We do not sell QuickBooks data or use it for advertising.

7. Sharing Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information only when needed with:

• Service providers who help operate our website, hosting, booking, email, analytics, accounting, payments, or communications.
• Licensed staff and authorized business users who need access to perform clinic or administrative work.
• Government, legal, tax, or regulatory authorities when required by law.
• A successor business if Signature Vitality is involved in a merger, sale, restructuring, or transfer of assets.

Service provider categories may include hosting and CDN providers, database providers, payment processors, email and SMS providers, analytics and advertising platforms, monitoring tools, accounting tools, content management tools, and clinical or screening partners when applicable. Each provider should receive only the information needed for its role.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit access to authorized users, avoid committing secrets into source code, encrypt sensitive third-party tokens where applicable, and use HTTPS for production website traffic.
