End-User License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs authorized use of Signature Vitality websites, booking tools, and internal operating software known as SignatureOS. By accessing or using these systems, you agree to this Agreement.

1. Parties

"Signature Vitality," "we," "us," or "our" means Signature Vitality, located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. "User" means any authorized client, staff member, contractor, administrator, or approved business user who accesses our website, booking workflows, or internal systems.

2. License and Authorized Use

Subject to this Agreement, we grant authorized users a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our systems only for permitted clinic, booking, wellness, administrative, accounting, and business operations purposes.

• Public website visitors may use the website for lawful informational, booking, and communication purposes.
• Internal SignatureOS users may use the system only for approved Signature Vitality business operations.
• Third-party integrations, including QuickBooks, may be used only as authorized by the business owner and applicable provider terms.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Access the system without authorization or share login credentials.
• Copy, modify, reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or redistribute the software or website content.
• Use the system to violate law, privacy rights, clinical rules, payment rules, accounting rules, or third-party platform terms.
• Attempt to bypass security, rate limits, permissions, audit logs, or integration safeguards.
• Upload malicious code, interfere with service availability, or misuse connected data.

4. Ownership

Signature Vitality and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the website, SignatureOS, designs, workflows, content, branding, code, and related intellectual property. No rights are granted except the limited use rights described in this Agreement.

5. Data and Third-Party Services

Use of the system may involve client records, booking data, inventory data, financial data, and third-party integrations such as QuickBooks, payment tools, email, analytics, hosting, and communications providers. Use of third-party services is also governed by those providers' terms. Our handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. QuickBooks Integration

When QuickBooks is connected, SignatureOS uses the connection for authorized business accounting review and read-only workflows unless a future write workflow is separately approved. Users may not use the integration to access accounting data they are not authorized to view.

7. Medical and Clinical Limitations

Signature Vitality services are administered by licensed professionals. The website and SignatureOS are operational tools and are not a substitute for professional medical judgment, diagnosis, emergency care, or required clinical charting. Users remain responsible for following applicable clinical, privacy, and professional standards.

8. Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website, booking tools, integrations, or internal software at any time. We may update this Agreement by posting a revised version on this page.

9. Disclaimer

The systems are provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that all information will always be complete or current.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Signature Vitality, its owners, staff, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website, booking tools, integrations, or internal software.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time if we believe a user has violated this Agreement, created risk for the business, misused data, or accessed systems without authorization.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.
