Why It Works
1

Amino acid complex delivers the building blocks of muscle repair directly into the bloodstream

2

Magnesium addresses post-exercise cramping, soreness, and the nervous system fatigue that follows hard training

3

Glutathione manages the oxidative stress generated by intense exercise, the cellular byproduct of pushing hard

Who It's For

For recovering after a game, race, or hard training block, and for athletes who take recovery as seriously as the workout.

How It Works

How the Athletic Recovery works.

Hard training drains your fluids, burns through minerals, and leaves tiny tears in your muscles. Athletic Recovery puts back what you lost faster than food and water can.

What's happeningWhat Athletic Recovery supports
Sweat and effort leave you low on fluids and minerals, which is what brings on cramps and that wiped-out feeling
IV fluids top you back up, and magnesium puts back the minerals your muscles need to work
Training leaves tiny tears in your muscles that need raw material to rebuild
Amino acids go straight into your blood to give your muscles what they need to repair
Pushing hard creates "free radicals," the leftover stress that slows recovery and adds to soreness
Glutathione helps mop up that stress so your body can bounce back

The goal: Refill your fluids, hand your muscles the building blocks to repair, and clear out the leftover stress from a hard effort.

Educational context only. IV therapy supports general wellness and is not a substitute for medical evaluation or care.

How These Work Together

More than a list of ingredients.

Amino acids supply the rebuild

Amino acids provide the raw material for repair, while B-Complex supports the energy metabolism needed to use those building blocks.

Magnesium and electrolytes support output

Electrolytes restore the fluid picture after sweat loss, while Magnesium supports normal muscle relaxation and cellular energy reactions.

Glutathione supports recovery load

Hard training increases oxidative stress. Glutathione supports the antioxidant side of recovery while the amino acid blend supports tissue repair.

What's Inside and Why

Every ingredient. Every reason it's here.

We don't put things in the formula without a reason. Here's what each ingredient does in your body.

Amino Acid Complex (AminoMultiplex)
Muscle repair building blocks
Amino acids are the building blocks your muscles use to repair after a hard effort. This blend gives them a fast supply so you bounce back sooner.
Magnesium
Muscle relaxation + energy metabolism
You sweat out magnesium during training, and running low means more cramps, soreness, and fatigue. The IV refills it faster than pills.
Glutathione
Clears exercise-induced oxidative stress
Hard training creates cell stress that adds to soreness and slows recovery. Glutathione is your main antioxidant, and an IV helps clear that stress faster.
B-Complex
Energy pathway support
B vitamins help your cells turn food into energy. Athletes burn through them faster than they can eat them back, so the IV keeps your energy supported.
Electrolytes
Plasma volume + cellular hydration
Sweat carries out the salts your body runs on, and plain water alone can't replace them. The IV restores both the fluid and the minerals at once.
Your Visit

What to expect during a session.

1

Your nurse reviews your training schedule, what you did, and how your body is responding, tailoring the session to your actual needs.

2

IV placement and drip start. The session runs 45 to 60 minutes.

3

Many athletes use the session as an active rest window: lying back, elevating legs, letting the nutrients do the work.

4

Most clients notice reduced soreness and improved energy within 4 to 6 hours post-session.

Common Questions

Athletic Recovery. Answered.

When should I schedule an Athletic Recovery drip, before or after training?
Both are valid, but the most common use case is post-event or post-hard-training-block. Coming in within 6 to 12 hours of your hardest effort, before the delayed soreness peaks, may help support the recovery window. Pre-event use is also an option, particularly for endurance events where starting fully hydrated and nutrient-loaded matters.
How is this different from the Hydrate drip?
The Hydrate drip is focused on fluid and electrolyte replacement, and it's the fastest and simplest option. The Athletic Recovery drip adds amino acids, glutathione, and a complete B-Complex specifically targeted at the demands of muscle repair and exercise-induced oxidative stress. It's a more complete recovery formula at a higher price point.
Can I get this drip the morning of an event?
Yes, with timing in mind. The session takes 45 to 60 minutes; account for that in your pre-event schedule. Pre-event, the Hydrate drip is often the faster option. Your nurse can help you decide based on your event type and goals at intake.
