We talk fit, logistics, and guest count. 15-20 minutes, no commitment.

Proposal + scheduling
You get a written proposal with pricing and a partner agreement. Nothing signed until you're ready.

Pop-up day
We arrive fully set up, run intakes and drips, and pack out cleanly. Recurring partners get a standing slot.

Common questions.
What kind of partnerships do you do?
Three formats: recurring pop-ups (studios/gyms/hotels on a monthly or quarterly cadence), one-off corporate days (offsites, wellness fairs, kickoffs), and concierge arrangements for venue guests. Have a different idea? Bring it, and we'll tell you if it works.
Do partners pay or do members pay?
Usually members pay individually; the partner hosts. Some corporate days are company-paid. Hotels sometimes include a revenue share. We sort out the right model on our call. No commitment before that.
What do you need at the venue?
A private room or quiet corner, access to a sink, and parking for the nurse. We bring all supplies, IV poles, and biohazard pack-out.
How many guests can you handle?
One nurse handles 6-10 drips per half day. For larger groups we send multiple nurses. Groups of 30+ are doable with enough lead time.
How much lead time do you need?
Two to four weeks for a first pop-up. Recurring partnerships are easier once we've done one together. Peak wedding-season weekends book fast. Earlier is always better.
Do you work outside Pittsburgh?
Pittsburgh metro is our primary area. We've traveled for select partnerships. Call us and we'll be straight about the geography.
