What it is

Glutathione as an at-home injection program.

A telehealth-led way to keep glutathione in your wellness routine without booking a clinic visit every time.

It is built for adults who want glutathione but cannot or prefer not to come in for regular IV sessions. You self-inject under the skin (subcutaneous) rather than by IV. That is the format clients can safely give themselves at home with proper guidance. Glutathione is offered as cellular antioxidant support.

A licensed provider in the Qualiphy network reviews you by video and decides whether the program is clinically appropriate. If approved, compounded glutathione and your supplies ship from a licensed compounding pharmacy to your home.

Want a higher-dose or supervised session? The in-clinic high-dose glutathione IV service at our South Hills studio stays the right option. The at-home program complements in-clinic care; it does not replace it.

How it works

Four steps from intake to delivery.

1
Submit intake
Complete the form on this page with your name, contact info, and state. Our team reviews every request individually.
2
Provider reviews
If your intake looks like a fit, we send you a Qualiphy-network video-based Good Faith Exam with a licensed provider. The provider reviews your medical history and decides whether the program is appropriate.
3
Approved patients get medication shipped
If approved, compounded glutathione and your injection supplies ship from a licensed compounding pharmacy directly to your home.
4
Self-inject at home with guidance
You receive written and video instructions for safe subcutaneous self-injection. Follow-up cadence and dose adjustments are set by the provider.

Who it fits

Common reasons clients start the program.

  • Adults curious about adding glutathione to a long-term wellness routine
  • Frequent travelers who cannot keep a regular in-clinic schedule
  • Existing in-clinic glutathione clients who want to bridge between visits
  • Clients in states where in-clinic infusion is not geographically accessible

None of the above guarantees approval. The licensed provider decides program fit during the intake review.

Important context

What this program is not.

Not a guaranteed prescription. The licensed provider may decline the program based on your medical history, current medications, or goals.
Not a skin-lightening or pigmentation treatment. Glutathione is offered as cellular antioxidant support, not as a cosmetic skin-bleaching product.
Not a cleanse or elimination program. Glutathione is offered as cellular antioxidant support; we do not market it as a body cleanse.
Not a treatment for any specific medical condition. Glutathione is offered as a wellness support program, not as a therapy for diagnosed disease.
Not a replacement for in-clinic care when you need it. For higher-dose sessions or supervised infusion, in-clinic high-dose glutathione IV remains the right format.

Common questions

Frequently asked.

What is the Glutathione At-Home Program?
It is a telehealth-led program that brings glutathione into the home as a subcutaneous (under-the-skin) injection. You complete an intake, a licensed provider in the Qualiphy network reviews it, and if approved, compounded glutathione and supplies are shipped to your home. You self-inject at home with written and video guidance.
Who is this program for?
Adults who want cellular antioxidant support as part of a long-term wellness routine, frequent travelers who cannot keep a regular in-clinic schedule, and existing in-clinic glutathione clients who want to bridge between visits. It is not a fit for everyone. The provider declines applicants when self-administration is not appropriate.
How does the consultation work?
You submit the lead form on this page. Our team reviews your information and, if it looks like a fit, sends you a Qualiphy intake link. You complete a video-based Good Faith Exam with a licensed provider in the Qualiphy network. The provider reviews your medical history and decides whether the program is appropriate.
Is approval guaranteed?
No. The licensed provider conducting your intake decides whether the program is clinically appropriate based on your history, current medications, and goals. Approval is not guaranteed. If declined, you will not be charged for medication or shipping.
What does the program include?
If approved, the program includes the telehealth provider review, compounded glutathione from a licensed compounding pharmacy, the injection supplies you need at home (syringes, alcohol prep, sharps container), and shipping. Ongoing follow-up cadence is set by the provider based on your protocol.
How is glutathione administered at home?
As a subcutaneous (under-the-skin) injection: a small short-needle injection into the fat layer of the abdomen or thigh, not into a vein. This is different from the in-clinic high-dose glutathione IV, which is infused intravenously. Subcutaneous self-injection is the format used because it is comfortable for clients to administer at home with written and video instructions.
What if I am not approved?
If the provider declines, you are not charged for the medication or shipping. Our team will let you know and, if you are local to Pittsburgh, can discuss whether in-clinic high-dose glutathione IV at our South Hills studio is a better fit. Many clients who are not candidates for at-home self-injection are still candidates for in-clinic infusion.
Can I switch back to in-clinic glutathione IV?
Yes. The at-home program and our in-clinic high-dose glutathione IV service are separate. You can use one or the other or both. Some clients use the at-home program for maintenance and come into the South Hills studio for higher-dose sessions. Our team can help coordinate.
