Who Books 750mg

This is for you if…

You have multiple 500mg sessions behind you
Our nurses look for documented tolerance, comfortable rate, and a clear post-session pattern at 500mg before escalating. 750mg is not where we explore. It is where we deepen.
You have a specific recovery or longevity goal
Post-illness rebuild, peri-event preparation, or a structured longevity protocol. The higher dose is justified by the goal, not by curiosity.
You can plan a half-day around it
4 to 5 hours of nurse-supervised infusion. The longer drip window is the trade-off for the deeper dose. Bring a laptop, a book, or use the time as scheduled rest.
You have been cleared by our team
We will not schedule 750mg without a clinical check on your prior sessions and current health context. A short call with Megan resolves it before booking.
Every NAD+ Session Includes

The Replenish Drip is included.

Every NAD+ dose at Signature Vitality runs alongside the Replenish Drip bundle, not a separate session, not an upsell. It runs concurrently and does not add time.

B-Complex
Energy-metabolism cofactors
Glutamine
Amino acid; gut + muscle support
Proline
Connective-tissue amino acid

Honest Framing

What 750mg is and isn’t.

It is a deeper protocol, not a stronger cure
A higher dose is not a stronger guarantee of any outcome. NAD+ is still a coenzyme infusion. It is not FDA-approved to treat, cure, or prevent any condition. The deeper tier reflects the demands of specific protocols, not promised stronger results.
It is not a starting dose
We will not schedule 750mg as a first NAD+ session. The infusion rate window is narrower, the comfort range is tighter, and the value of the deeper dose only shows up when there is a baseline at 500mg to compare against.
Comfort is a real consideration
NAD+ flushing (chest warmth, mild nausea, leg cramping) is more common at higher doses if the rate is pushed. The full 4 to 5 hour window exists so your nurse can titrate carefully and pause as needed. This is not a session to rush.
It pairs with our longevity plans
Plans 15 (Longevity & Cellular Reset) and 16 (Elite Cellular Performance) are built around a NAD+ protocol that includes 500mg/750mg cycling, biomarker labs, and custom drips. If you are using NAD+ as part of a broader plan, talk to Megan about whether a single 750mg or a wellness plan fits better.
Considering the 750mg Loading Series?

The 4-day 750mg Loading Series.

High-intensity 4-day loading. Each of the four sessions is 750mg. Used for advanced cellular protocols and clients who have completed a 4Γ—500mg loading already. Requires nurse approval before booking. Not bookable online without a call.

NAD+ vs. Niagen

NAD+ or Niagen? Both work.

NAD+ and Niagen both support the same cellular-energy pathway, just differently. NAD+ IV puts the active coenzyme straight into your bloodstream, a deeper, longer session. Niagen (NR) is a precursor your body converts to NAD+, given as a quick shot, an easier, more affordable way to stay topped up. Many clients use both, and your nurse can help you choose.
